Bishop Dom Escalez Jr is a certified creative cinematographer specializing in content creation, theater arts, performance and production. He has produced many contents for multichoice and global streaming services and being a member of the Global Film Series, this had made his intergration passion easier as South Africa is finding the bridge to the globe through Sallywood Entertainment International
Chief Operations Officer
Malungelo Kamango, professionally known as Drencko Drenckoliser, is a celebrated South African Kwaito artist, actor, and media entrepreneur born in Zola North, Soweto. Entering the music industry in 2000, he gained major recognition in 2006 with his debut album Drenckolizer, released under Ghetto Ruff. His breakout single, "Sishay' Amahoota," achieved international acclaim when it was featured on the soundtrack of the Oscar-winning film Tsotsi. Over the years, he has continued to release hit tracks—such as "Jaiva Nge Sporty," which earned him the MKHMA Best Kwaito Artist award in 2018—while firmly establishing himself as a cornerstone of the Kwaito movement. Driven by a passion for community upliftment and artist empowerment, Drencko founded the Drenckoliser Music Stokvel (DMS) in 2013 to combat industry exploitation and provide a platform for emerging musicians. Operating under the motto of loyalty, hustle, respect, and unity, this self-funded initiative organizes events, provides resources, and shares stages with up-and-coming talent. He furthered this mission by launching the Ihleeezi Music League in 2019 to scout and reward new artists, alongside launching his own online radio station dedicated to promoting local music. Beyond music, Drencko has built a highly successful career in television and broadcasting. He transitioned from a freelance background actor to securing featured roles on major South African soap operas, including playing Prophet Kunene on Muvhango, Zungu’s bodyguard on Isibaya, and appearing on Generations, Scandal, and Legacy. In the radio space, he has worked as a content producer and drive-time host for stations like 1912 Online Radio, Chiawelo Radio, and Mzansi Joburg City. Today, he also operates an online casting sub-agency to mentor and help upcoming actors break into the industry
Executive Chairperson Stakeholders Committee
Godfrey Thabo Nkhasi is a dynamic community development practitioner and business development strategist dedicated to grassroots economic empowerment across South Africa. As the President of the Association of Artisanal and Small-Scale Mining South Africa (AASM-SA) and Executive Chairman of the Kasi 2 Kasi Plumbers Association, he bridges the gap between policy and practice. Rooted in Soweto, his life's work focuses on advancing inclusive development models, formalizing local enterprises, and ensuring that sustainable socio-economic growth reaches the communities where it matters most.
Chairperson Rural/Township Development Program Committee
Dr. Themba Frederick Fakazi is a South African executive, academic, and community development leader from KwaMbonambi, Richards Bay (KwaZulu-Natal). He is married with four children. He holds multiple academic qualifications, including a BA and BA Honours in Communication Science (University of Zululand), diplomas in Public Relations and Marketing, and advanced programmes from UNISA. He has obtained multiple PhDs in Community Broadcasting, Leadership, and Community Development from institutions in the USA. Dr. Fakazi has extensive professional experience across media, corporate, and business sectors. He previously worked as an SABC news reporter, journalist, and presenter, as well as in HR consulting and insurance. He is currently the CEO and Managing Director of TF Net, a diversified company operating in transportation, construction, shipping, training, health services, and agriculture. He has held significant governance roles, including founding 1KZN TV and NAGOMA, serving as Chairperson of the Governance Council for TVET Colleges in KwaZulu-Natal, and contributing to multiple educational and community structures. He also founded a multipurpose skills centre focused on empowerment and development initiatives. Dr. Fakazi has received several awards and recognitions for his contributions to business and community development, including acknowledgment by Standard Bank. His core competencies include leadership, project management, policy development, marketing, negotiation, and community building.

Tracy Viljoen is a dynamic force in South Africa's film and television industry, with a career that bridges local and international screens. From her humble beginnings in background acting, she has grown into a versatile creative whose work spans Netflix, Showmax, SABC, Mzanzi Magig, KykNET and global productions beyond the screen. Tracy is the Founder and Director of Mamazala Castings an inclusive agency dedicated to empowering talent, and a Residential Facilitaor for the Media Queens Movement where she champions the rise of woman in media
Corporate Secretary
Marinda Helene Roodt is a dynamic professional whose expertise spans in administration and office management, she brings precision and creativity to every task. Beyond entertainment, she has contributed to Amjale Events in Design, Catering and decor showcasing her versatility. Marinda is also an assistant to the director of a Casting Agency, doing administration and has featured as a background artist on TV. A qualified emergency practitioner since 2014, Marinda blends disipline, resilience and service-making her a uniquely multifaceted leader in both in and out of the creative industry.
Human Resources Manager
Sheldon Matthew Grassmann is a professional performer based in Roodepoort area with experience in background acting across television, film, commercials and music videos as well as voice over work. He has worked within fast-paced production environments and understands the importance of professionalism, adaptability, and team work on set. Known for his creativity, strong problem-solving abilities and keep attention to detail. Sheldon consistently delivers reliable and high quality performances. He approaches each project with dedication and collaborative mindset, contributing positively to production teams and supporting the creative vision of directors and crew. Refilwe Dom Moeng is a dedicated and dynamic professional with diverse experience in integration, evaluation, administration and structural development within organizations. She possesses extensive knowledge in event management having coordinated events for Green World Group as well as numerous personal planning occasions. A collaborative team player and an inquisitive mind, She is also a passionate political enthusiast with a strong interest in social development and national initiatives.

Events Manager
Magdelena Salina Adriana Janse Van Rensburg is a multi-talented South African performer and entrepreneur who's been shining bright since the age of 6-years old. Growing up her love for music, and performance was nurtured by her farther with whom she would sing and play guitar. Magdelena did ballads, opera, gospel and Italian opera she also did ballet and modern dancing before she discovered her passion for modeling at the age of 18 it earned her to go abroad to England where she worked as a head waitress and events manageress. Her artistic pursuits are diverse, with credits including being part of Mamazala Castings as a background actress and starring in multiple films and movies. Magdelena was also chosen at the South African Championships to compete in the World Championships at Glenburn Lodge. As an entrepreneur she is proud to lead Healthy Models, a thriving community of over 100 professional models and 150 designers. She also expanded her skills as a certified makeup artist and completed 6 certificates in wellness, as well as computer certificates. Se recently completed a flight attendant course where she received certificates in First Aid, Aviation Medicine, Dangerous Goods, Aircraft Specifics, Security, Fire Fighting and ditching. Magdelena received her CAA certificate and cabin crew licence.
Maintenance Operations Manager
Eugene Bezuidenhout began his career in the construction industry, building sets on the SABC platform. He later worked as a Foreman for an insurance company, gaining valuable experience in large-scale building projects. His skills expanded into interior design, where he continued working in a Foreman capacity and he also assisted in the construction of sound studios and related facilities. Following the COVID-19 period, Eugene transitioned into the entertainment industry, entering the acting field as a background performer in 2021. Since then he has secured several bit parts across the TV and Film productions. His work has been showcased on major platforms including Netflix and Showmax, as well as in music videos marking his growing presence in the South African television and film industry.
Auto Operations Manager
Willem Johannes Roodt served in the army before pursuing studies in Mechanical Engineering. Willem opened his own workshop, building strong friendships along the way. Willem has over 30 years experience in the mechanical field working for himself and trusted by major companies of repairing cars, gearboxes and differentials he is a hard working person with dedication, and kindness. Born into family with four brothers and one sister, Willem grew up known as a kind-hearted and help full person. Started working with his father at a young age always curious and eager to learn. Was married and a proud father of two beautiful children, Willem is also known as a person who doesn't have a lazy hair always hard working and dependable. Passionate about his craft and always willing to lend a helping hand. Willem is respected for his work ethic, kindness and skills inspiring others with his dedication and generosity through his work and family. He shows others what it means to live with commitment, and passion.

He also produced a feature film in collaboration with Urban Brew Studios and Multichoice, showcasing his talent for storytelling and media execution across diverse formats.

Kanyile Freedate "King Kays" Mr Booyakah Ka-Ngwenya is a South African born cultural entrepreneur, author and visionary storyteller. Based in the United States, he has award- winning events, international media content and cross- cultural campaigns that celebrate Africa's legacy and future. As the creator of African must Unite! he fuses historical truth with musical brilliance to awaken Pan-African consciousness and global solidarity. He is the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in North America and Europe.
Township Development Program Manager
Albion Shikwambana is a highly dedicated actor, writer, and director based in Thembisa, with a strong foundation in community theatre and 12 years of performance experience. He approaches his craft with a commitment to continuous learning, eagerly taking on challenging roles to bring characters to life with depth and nuance. His versatile portfolio spans stage, film, and television, featuring lead roles in productions like Pontsho and Mafeladonye, as well as appearances in Youngins, Champion, and Muvhango. In addition to his on-screen work, Albion has written and directed stage plays such as Dumazile and The Unspoken Word. Trained at the Star Quality Creative Arts College and through masterclasses with Ayanda Sethebe, his broad skill set also includes voice-over work, opera singing, and fluency in English, Sepedi, Zulu, and Setswana.

Ndalamo Emmanuel Muvhali, affectionately known as "Son of the Soil," is a passionate community developer, motivational speaker, and arts entrepreneur from Venda, Limpopo. With over a decade of experience, his people-centered work focuses on uplifting previously disadvantaged communities and youth through creative arts, culture, and small business development. He currently serves as the COO and Secretary for the Knowledge is the Power Creative Arts NPO and directs both Masase Consultancy and Kamili Stakeholders Engagements Services, where he coordinates local municipal summits and arts exchange programs. Backed by a background in Community Development and Leadership from the University of Johannesburg and UNISA, Ndalamo is also a highly sought-after public speaker. Known for his humorous, informative, and deeply encouraging style, he addresses critical topics ranging from artist training and youth peer pressure to gender-based violence and mental health awareness.
